Enrolment records are typically retained for seven years following the close of a course, consistent with Singapore financial record-keeping obligations. Analytics data is retained for no more than 26 months. Enquiry correspondence is retained for 24 months unless a course enrolment follows, in which case the enrolment retention period applies.

8. Your Rights Under the PDPA

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

• Access: Request confirmation of whether we hold personal data about you and, if so, a copy of that data.
• Correction: Request that we correct personal data that is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
• Withdrawal of consent: Withdraw any consent you have given, with reasonable notice. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
• Data portability: In certain circumstances, request that we provide your personal data in a commonly used machine-readable format.
